A big thanks to Bob Green for posting "Sharon of the Green" Eng Dance.
I had the opportunity to be calling last night for Huntsville, AL St.
Patrick's dance.
I took his dance and made it /slightly/ more contra friendly.
During cleanup last night I had 2 unsolicited comments made from
experienced dancers
regarding the flow of the dance and how they enjoyed it.

Thank you Jane, you made my Sunday morning! Sharon will be thrilled as well
I suspect. I love the adaptation too. You might consider an allemande right
in A2. It flows just as well out the circle, and is a little smoother
transition to the partner swing.

Hi,
I believe that we met in Brasstown at the Dare to Be Square Weekend and you
offered to send me your impressions of the Huntsville dance as I will be
calling it on April 21. What has attendance been like recently? Roughly,
what percent are beginners; what percent experienced dancers? Are there any
acoustic problems with the hall I should know about? Whatever you might
tell me that would help me prepare would, of course, be greatly appreciated.
Have you used any of the materials from Dare to Be Square yet anywhere in
your calling? Hope to see you in April,
